This deliciously sweet dressing (according to some customers would love to drink it alone) is a perfect combination for our fruitier salads!

 

 

APPLE BASKET (Creamy House Vinaigrette) 

A creamy oil-based dressing, both sweet and savory with a little "pinch" of spice.

 

 

CAESAR

Our own creation! A mixture of mayo, fresh parmesan cheese, garlic, and a little anchovy paste. Not too strong, nice and creamy.

 

 

ORIENTAL

Sweet soy sauce-based dressing paired with our oriental salad. 

 

 

GRECIAN

Our version of Italian dressing. Oil-based with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. 

 

 

MAURICE

The original "Hudson" classic. Mayo-based... rest is top secret 😉

Our homemade Ranch dressing with a mixture of fresh salsa.

Our homemade Ranch dressing with a touch of hot sauce, to give it a "punch".
